Two teams of boys from Winchester College are to be congratulated on the completion of the residential accommodation at Lamdon Jamyang School in Khalste, Ladakh. The new block enables 60 of the 300 children who attend, to stay on site, instead of travelling up to two hours each way by foot or bus in order to come to school, dramatically improving their education.

On behalf of the children, huge thanks goes out to the 60 boys and staff from Winchester College who worked so hard to raise a massive £61,000, as well as labouring on the site to lay the foundations and build the roof. Lotus Flower Trust is so proud of all your effort and determination to change these children's lives forever.
